School Principal - Carol DalyWelcome to the County Cork School of Music (CCSM)

We are one of Ireland's most dynamic multi-campus music schools.

CCSM provides diverse instrumental tuition programmes in the Classical and Traditional Irish Music styles, as well as offering an exciting portfolio of ensembles, bands, musicianship classes and other music making activities! The school also has a extensive public performance ‘Concert Series’ and we work closely with our partner schools to support the formal school music programmes at Junior, Transition Year and Leaving Certificate Levels.

As an inclusive school, we are committed to reaching out to communities to enhance the quality of our young people's lives. To achieve this aim, CCSM has successfully partnered with an extensive palette of 33 schools, organisations and centres throughout the county to realise a registered CCSM population of over 2,500 students.

Our student testimonials demonstrate how the school offers high quality social, cultural and educational experiences that encourage them to succeed and achieve their goals.

I am especially proud of CCSM's teaching faculty, who deliver our programmes and who continuously strive to inspire our young people. The school is also supported by parents and guardians who play a critical role in realising CCSM's vision for the future.

CCSM's MISSION MISSION:  CCSM fosters and enhances a unique love of music through music education and performance. The CCSM achieves this by delivering excellence through varied music programmes. The CCSM is committed to fulfilling every student's potential while contributing to the enhancement of communities throughout County Cork. and VISION VISION:  CCSM is committed to music education within the community, thus nurturing the overall comprehensive well-being of the students. This will further enhance and enrich future generations. Our vision is ever changing and growing as we adapt to new needs and interests in contemporary society..
